Refund Policy
Purchases in Kyndoria (cosmetic cloaks) are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle’s refund policy applies in addition.
14-day money-back
Within 14 days of purchase we refund the full price on request – no reason needed. To request a refund:
- use the link in your Paddle purchase confirmation or visit paddle.net, or
- email nb@itnb.io with your player name and order number.
Refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, the item is removed from your account.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Because the item is unlocked immediately, this right expires if you expressly agree at checkout that delivery starts before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Our voluntary 14-day refund above applies regardless.
Technical problems
If a paid item is not unlocked, email nb@itnb.io. We will unlock it right away or refund you – even after 14 days.
