Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms apply to the browser game “Kyndoria”, operated by NB 22 Games, owner Nico Bökenkröger, Iburger Straße 20, 49170 Hagen a.T.W., Germany.
2. Account
You can play instantly as a guest or create an account. Chat, the world ranking and purchases require an account with two-factor protection. You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person. Keep your password, authenticator app and recovery codes secret; you are responsible for actions taken with your account.
3. Conduct
- No insults, hate speech, harassment, sexual content or advertising in chat or player names.
- No cheats, bots, manipulation of the game client or exploiting bugs.
- No attacks on the servers or on other players outside the game.
In case of violations we may remove messages, reset progress and suspend accounts temporarily or permanently.
4. Virtual items
In-game content such as ember cores, weapons, mounts and cosmetic items has no monetary value, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Kyndoria is free to play; the only items for sale are cosmetic cloaks without any gameplay advantage (see Pricing).
5. Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; Paddle’s buyer terms apply in addition. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices and handles payment enquiries.
- Purchases require a secured account (with two-factor protection) and are permanently linked to that account.
- All prices are final prices in euros including VAT; Paddle may convert them into your local currency.
- The purchased item is unlocked immediately after Paddle confirms the payment.
- Refunds and the right of withdrawal are described in our Refund Policy.
If Kyndoria is discontinued, we will announce this at least 30 days in advance.
6. Availability
We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee constant availability. We may develop the game further and adjust game rules.
7. Termination
You can delete your account in the game at any time.
